Full color printing is provided when deemed appropriate without charge to the author.
The JFI is published quarterly and hardcopies are distributed during the first two weeks of the publication month. Circulation of the JFI is in excess of 7,000 hardcopies, which are mailed to members and subscribers throughout the world.
