IAI 2024 Conference –International Letter of Invitation
The IAI recognizes that many will travel internationally to attend the 2024 IAI Annual Educational Conference and will need to acquire a travel visa.
For international attendees, in order to visit the United States, you may need to obtain a visa. We encourage you to contact your local Consulate or the Consular Section of your local United States Embassy if you need a visa and to determine the approximate time for the visa application process to be completed. The IAI has no influence or control over the issuance of a visa.

We are happy to provide invitation letters detailing your intent to attend our event. Simply download the Invitation Letter, fill in the relevant details and print the document to present to the consulate during your visa appointment.
This Letter of Invitation is to be used for the purpose of securing a visa to attend the IAI’s 2024 Annual International Educational Conference. Attendees' registration, travel, lodging, and any other expenses incurred to attend this meeting will not be covered or waived by the IAI. Please note that IAI cannot guarantee or assist with the obtaining of any visas or other travel documentation required for entry into the United States.
